My name is Max Smith; I am in year 5 and I'm ten years old.

I am raising money for Breast Cancer by having all my hair shaved off because my mum has recently been diagnosed and is going to have 6 months of chemotherapy; this means all her hair will fall out. This will take place in the main hall at my school in front of my friends, teachers and family, just before we break up for the summer holidays. My class teacher has asked if she can do the shaving !!

Please give generously to help other women in the future, because you never know when this could affect someone in your family - 1 in 8 women in their life time will be diagnosed with breast cancer.

All the money we raise will go towards finding a cure for cancer, so please give what you can. Let’s beat cancer sooner.
