Story
As many of you are aware, my family and I suffered the tragic loss of my loving father, Steve Bolderson on Saturday November 21st 2015. He was a fond lover of the various mountain walks across the Lake District however suffered unexpected heart problems whilst walking Catbells in Keswick with his walking friends, and unfortunately collapsed due to the altitude.
The Keswick Mountain Rescue Team were alerted and got to the scene immediately. In spite of being unable to save him, all 13 unpaid volunteers did all they could in using their brave efforts, in which is absolutely invaluable to me and my family.
As a thank you to the heroic actions of the Keswick Mountain Rescue Team, my family and I completed the same walk together on July 12th 2017 in memory of my loving father and to raise money for their invaluable support.
Any donations would be greatly appreciated by both myself and my family as we can attempt to repay those volunteers who helped my father in his final moments.
Lots of love,
Thank you so much xxxxx
