This year I am running the Manchester 10k and Great North Run Half Marathon in memory of our beloved friend Chris Rand, beautiful inside and out.

As part of the Chris Rand Fan Club all money raised will be for the Rosemere Cancer Foundation who provided great support to Chris' family and continue to do so for many other families finding themselves in similar situations.
