Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In 2003 my mum was diagnosed with cancer, it was terminal and she was given only six months to live. I was only sixteen and it was an awful time for my family. St Michaels Hospice, allowed us to ensure that her last few weeks were as pain free and comfortable as possible. The work they do it truly amazing!!

I am 24 now, graduated from university and live in South Yorkshire and work in a job I love! I think about my mum everyday and know she would be proud of me, my sisters and brother, and what we've acheived.  I would never wish anyone to have to go through a similar experance but the reality is many will, and you never know when you may need the help of St Micheals or Hospice like them. There is nothing I can do to show how grateful I am for how they helped us. I can only give a little back by raising awareness for this fantastic charity !

So this May I am running their annual half marathon, with my boyfriend Harry and It would mean so much if you could spare a few pounds or pennies and sponsor us!

Thanks for the support!!
