Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On the 24th of July 2015 my son Albie made a very early and very quick entrance in to the world.  He was 8 weeks premature and spent the first month of his life in the Neo-Natal Intensive Care Unit at Southmead Hospital in Bristol.  The nursing staff were incredible and I can't thank them enough for the care they gave not only Albie, but myself and my fiance Shaun.  

As a thank you for all they did for us I am going to complete 12 hours of group exercise classes on the 13th of April from 10am to 10pm.  I will even be teaching at least 3 of the classes myself!  The event will be held at Pure Gym Bristol Union Gate and you don't have to be a member to join in.  If you would like to come along for the day and complete a class or two please contact me at melissa.parke@puregym.com
