I was first made aware of the Optimum Health Clinic when my best friend was diagnosed with ME. The progress she has made is so impressive and the support and education from the clinic I’m sure has contributed to her becoming the beautiful person she is today. I have been blessed enough to be in contact with a student on the practitioner training course at the clinic, who is helping me learn some amazing life skills, and in turn I am helping her with her training.

I am raising money by competing in the Great South Run this September, because I believe the Optimum Health Clinic changes lives and helps people overcome battles that the NHS, and other services, just cannot even touch.
