We fund medical research to find a cure for Parkinson's

Story

We have had a great summer for the Cure Parkinson's Trust in Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Rutland. Susie Pasley-Tyler gave a brilliant gardening talk in Preston Capes in June followed by lunch in Toots' garden which everyone enjoyed enormously.

Then the day at the Robert and Tanya Lewis Collection of Classic Cars in Surrey was enjoyed enormously by those who got there - they all said afterwards that if only they had known how fantastic it was and what a wonderful welcome both Robert and Tanya gave them they might have persuaded all their friends to come too! Despite a small turnout we were delighted to raise around £6,000 thanks to our generous supporters.

Our next event, an opera gala dinner at Rockingham Castle in November, sold out within a few days of tickets becoming available.
