Story

The 7th Michael Almond Charity Golf Day in aid of the Brain Tumour Charity will take place at Bellingham Golf Club in Northumberland on Friday 2nd August 2024.

It is almost 7 years since we tragically lost our beloved son & brother and we continue on our mission to raise funds for vital research into brain tumours.  Michael, just 27 years old with a wonderful future ahead of him, died less than 3 months after diagnosis.

Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer yet just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this devastating disease since records began in 2002.  The Brain Tumour Charity is the world’s leading brain tumour charity and the largest dedicated funder of research into brain tumours globally.

Your support in memory of Michael means so much to us – thank you.
