On September the 9th - 11th I will be joining 16 other colleagues and friends in a bike ride from TK Maxx store in Bexley Heath to the TJX Europe  'Geniex' centre of learning and inspiration in Brussels.

This is a 210 mile route, that will be made more chalenging by the fact that we will be taking it in turns to complete the trip on typical heavy steel single geared bikes bought in Uganda. These bikes are very robust and used widely in Uganda for transportation of People (at least 2 and sometimes 3 at a time), and a wide array of goods and possesions.

The use of the Ugandan bikes and the significance of finishing our challenge at the TJX Europe 'Geniex' centre of learning supports our cause of giving these fantastic kids the opportunity to improve their life choices  by helping them get a safe, secure and progressive primary education.

We're covering all of our own travel expenses - apart from the 4% just giving admin fee (follow the links on this website and see below for details of how this represents good value) - all of your donation will go to the project.
