Sophie's story

Sophie was unfortunately diagnosed with this tragic condition and disease she sadly passed away this year

She was a legend in her own right and very much inspirational ,there's not one day that she did not suffer but she carried on and also she has a beautiful daughter despite her condition 

So as a family and friends we are trying to raise the awareness of this tragic disease and condition
