Hey and welcome to our page! 

We are Mike and Dan and we are two former members of Suffolk Constabulary, currently working with the BTP and Met. Recently we sadly lost a friend and former colleague to depression. This has spurred us to try and do something about an issue that haunts some within the policing family, many of whom will never open up or speak out about the troubles they face in their daily life. 

To do this we have decided to raise money for Call4Backup, a fantastic charity that provides support and advice for those currently working within the police as well as retirees. No matter what issues our colleagues face, we want them to know that there is someone out there that cares, someone out there who will listen and we hope that by spreading the word about Call4Backup, that we can help put a stop to any more tragidies. 

So please, give generously and lets help those we care about know that they are not alone.
