Set in the Pakistani city of Karachi this film follows the journey of a young man's struggle with psychosis

About the charity

Since the 2005 earthquakes we have been the UK’s primary charity working exclusively on healthcare initiatives in Pakistan for those in most desperate need. Together we supply clean water to rural areas, fund medical qualifications, work to halt the spread of hepatitis & provide emergency aid.
