Our good friend; the eminently popular and invariably challenging Jackson, aka Fred Bear, sadly passed on earlier this year leaving a huge hole in many of our hearts. Jackson was hugely kind and no stranger to a bit of self deprication, so it seems only fitting that in his honour we should decide to drag our sorry arses around the centre of Manchester for 10 kilometers, in aid of a noble cause.

North Staffs Mind is our local mental health charity who helped Fred over the years. Let's give them something back.
