This year NAAs Christmas card appeal is in memory of a dear friend and colleague Ian Mcgregor who sadly passed away earlier this week. 

Ian was a self-proclaimed grumpy old man who many of you will remember as one of the most generous, kind and funny gentleman you could hope to meet. He was a grafter, a cheeky bugger and gentle soul. 

A few years ago Ian was diagnosed with Diabetes, and those of you who know him will understand that this didn't really fit with his usual diet of Mars Bars, ice-cream with the occasional burnt pizza. 

We hope that this contribution will allow others to get the support they need in coping/living with a diabetes diagnosis.
