From 31^st October to 4^th November 2016, spas and salons across the UK celebrating National Spa Week to highlight the very real physical and emotional health benefits they offer.

Spas and the treatments they offer can provide another essential health service in combination with more widely recognised options such as gyms, sports clinics and even counselling”. 

Nowhere can the benefits of such treatments be felt more than in cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy, one of the most stressful events that anyone could ever experience.

We are helping Macmillan Cancer Support to build a spa unit at the Macmillan Woodlands Centre, a dedicated chemotherapy facility at Hinchingbrook Hospital in Cambridgeshire.

Patients undergoing chemotherapy will be able to attend the new spa unit to enjoy a range of complimentary treatments and therapies, as part of a necessary toolkit to help them manage the physical and emotional stresses that can take their toll at this time.
