As many of might know, I'm a very keen fisherman and when I can I spend some of my time carp fishing, I'm part of a fantastic group of like-minded Carp Anglers that, last year, raised over £50,000 for the charity "Beating Bowl Cancer".

 This year our chosen charity is "Children With Cancer UK " a small charity that depends on donations only, and this year we're looking at raising a similar or even larger amount together than we did last year. 

I will be taking part in our event this year,  which will be held at Orchid Lakes nr Oxford,  I will be fishing for 3 days,  with a break for the "Social bbq" on the Saturday afternoon. My aim over the the 3 days will be to try to catch and beat my personal best carp which currently stands at 32lbs 12oz. If I'm lucky enough to do this I'll be a very happy man indeed,  but I'll be even happier If I get anywhere near my fund raising target,  so please feel free to make a donation of what you feel like, and thanks again.
