Story
We all have inspirational friends in our lives. Mr Ross Philips will always be one of my treasured friends who was so strong, both physically and mentally and showed such courage and determination in all that he did.
Ross fought the biggest battle of his life in 2017 when this fit firefighter was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumour.
For 8 months, Ross fought so hard with the support and care of his wife and two children. Sadly in November , surrounded by his family, Ross went to sleep.
All through his illness never once did Ross complain, he took one day at a time and as with everything that he did over 54 years he showed such courage and bravery.
I miss my friend Ross as so many do.
so in memory of this special man, I’ve decided to run the London marathon for the Brain tumour research and support charity. This charity do an amazing work, trying to advance medication through research and support those people that are diagnosed with a brain tumour. Please support me and in doing so...
