I'm taking part in the Macmillan Cycletta 2014 at Woburn Abbey on Sunday 29th June 

I'm doing this firstly because I need a challenge one last thing to do in my 30's!  Secondly because Macmillan are a fantastic cause with the support and care they give to patients and their families.  

It'll be 2 years in September since my friend Paul lost his battle to cancer. Throughout his illness cycling became his passions, along with my dad, the two of them would cycle for miles together.

Happy memories of MAMILs (middle aged men in Lyrca!)
