HELPING (Help for Education and Local Projects in Gambia) - a locally run charity supporting the daily nutritional, educational and health needs of seriously deprived children in rural Gambian villages. 

BLOODWISE - A national charity working to eradicate Leukaemia and other forms of blood cancer.
