Last year my close friend Dale lost his 19 year old son Matthew in a car accident.  East Anglian Air Ambulance were on the scene quickly but sadly were unable to save Matthew.

To support the valuable work that EAAA do a group of us recently did the Tough Mudder which is a 12 mile assault course style "fun run" (!!) Take a look at the Tough Mudder website to see what we went through :)

I am very grateful for all the donations that allowed me to raise nearly £800 for EAAA but I was £400 short of my target.  So to try and get this extra bit I am going to run the Kenilworth Half Marathon on 1 Sep.

Now running has never really been my thing, but after my foot operation the other year it has become better.  So here goes...

So please sponsor me if you can and get my total to £1200.
