Longfield Hospice supported us both during and following Oli's illness.

We met the palliative team in their consultation rooms - driving through the free range cows of Minchinhampton; they provided care at home for Oli in his final couple of weeks; and they are providing bereavement counselling.

"Longfield needs to raise in excess of £3million a year to continue to provide care  and support for people in Gloucestershire living with a life-limiting illness. Patients receive all the services free of charge which include Day Therapy, counselling, complimentary and creative therapies and the Hospice at Home nursing team care for people in their own homes at end of life while also providing support for their families.

£18.68 - a counselling session for a patient or family member

£35.00 - an Art Therapy Session

£208.38 - for a patient to come to our specialist Day therapy service

£242 - a night of care from a Hospice at Home nurse"
