Hi everyone,

This is the first time myself and Simon have taken part in a run for charity so it is a huge task for us both. Running isnt really our forte, which makes it that little bit harder!

As a great way to motivate ourselves we have decided to run on behalf of the Oxford Town and Gown 10k Muscular Dystrophy charity. The charity run will help many people who suffer from muscular diseases, aging from young children right through to the elderly. 

This will not only help the charity but will get our lazy arses out of our office chairs and get that little bit more fit. If you could help motivate us through your donation we would very very much appreciate it.
