1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year. This includes depression, anxiety, phobias, OCD, panic disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, eating disorders and more. 

Every 2 years, Samworth Brothers hosts this incredible Charity Challenge as hundreds of teams walk, cycle and paddle in the Lake District- through spectacular scenery and remote terrain- all to raise money for charity. It's tough- but mental health problems are tougher. 

This year SCI-MX are entering 2 teams, raising money as one. Alongside a handful of other charities local to the headquarters in Gloucester, PRO-TEAM are raising money for Mind.
