On Sunday the 18th July 2010, I am embarking on a 59 mile bike ride From London Victoria Park to Priory Park Southend.

Against all the odds (age, illness) I made it to the finishing line. A very big thank you to everyone who sponsored me, especially to all the staff at hfw.
