I am a runner for East London runners. I am supporting this charity ELHAP. This amazing charity providing excellent services for young people and adults with disabilities. I wanted to support this charity as it is local and a small charity to my area. ELHAP was established in 1976 as an adventure playground for children with disabilities in NE London and Essex. Since then, they have expanded their support services to include children, young people and adults (CYPA) with disabilities and their families. 

Children, young people and adults with disabilities are amongst the most vulnerable members of our society and ELHAP serves a large community - 6 Local Authorities in NE London - with 1000’s of  with disabilities and without your support they cannot have the excellent opportunities we take for granted.
