As many of you know I like to take on an annual physical challenge, so this year a group of us have come up with this little beauty - climbing the 3 National Peaks of Snowdon, Scafell Pike & Ben Nevis and cycling between them in 6 days!! So that’s approximately 3400m of climbing and 440 miles of cycling between 30th June and 5th July.

Many of you have generously supported me in the past and this year we have no set monetary target to achieve as we are doing this "event" mainly for the challenge itself. That said, we felt that Help the Hospice (who are an umbrella organisation supporting hospice care throughout the UK) would be a great charity we could look to raise a small amount of money for. So if you could see your way to donating a few pounds to this worthy cause it would be greatly appreciated and make the sore bum and legs all the more worthwhile!
