At the age of 12, my gorgeous neighbour Adam was diagnosed with a Brain Tumour and he was rushed to Kings College Hospital where his long journey began....his fight against cancer. His young life became all about hospital visits and hopes and dreams of one day beating his illness. 

Thoughout Adams illness he remained determined and positive that one day life would return to normal, but unfortunately his battle was lost and on the 10th May 2012 Adam went to sleep and joined the Angels.

For my friends, it has been a worst nightmare to lose a child and to find themselves needing support from a Childrens Hospice. Unfortunately it became a reality for them, but Chestnut Tree were there to help them through the most awful time of their lives. They were able to offer a resting place for Adam until they were ready to make his funeral arrangements. Chestnut Tree's love and support was a huge comfort for the family.

Please dig deep into your pockets to help me raise lots of cash, so that Chestnut Tree can continue to do the amazing job that they do :)
