So after running park runs and the odd 10k over the last few years myself & 3 friends have decided to up the challenge and complete Great North Run ( Half Marathon ) this year.

We are all doing it for our own charities that are close to ourselves for all kind of personnel reasons.

I'm  trying to raise money & awareness for the Asthma + Lung UK as this is personally very close to my family . My wife Ali is a brittle Asthmatic and has been hospitalized on many occasions over the years so I would like to help and try to give something back.
