Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On the 31st July this year I'm taking part in the Ironman UK triathlon. The event involves a 2.4mile swim, 112m bike and finsihes off with a 26m run, the time allowed to complete this is 17hrs...sounds easy I know.

As extra motivation I'm going to try and raise money for two charities - Help the Heroes and Breast Cancer.
