I am doing this 69 mile event (on Saturday June 23rd) in 24hrs for Diabetes UK because as many of you know I have been diabetic for 27 years, also both of my sisters are diabetic too.

Since doing the Daphne course 4 years ago I have realised that you can do lots more and eat more things in moderation

Sport is also a good form of helping control your health and diabetes.
