We have decided to set up a Star Tribute Fund in Pippa’s name to create a lasting and rewarding legacy as one of the ways that we will remember our daughter.

Pippa’s Star Tribute Fund will support Wallace and Gromit’s Grand Appeal, with every penny raised from donations and challenges going to benefit children and their families cared for at Bristol Children’s Hospital. 

Pippa was admitted to Seahorse Ward (Paediatric intensive care) on 19th December 2020 after her heart stopped on a walk. She spent 4 weeks in hospital before losing her brave fight.

The care that the PICU doctors and nurses showed not only to Pippa but to her whole family was incredible, and despite the challenges caused by COVID, the Seahorse team went above and beyond in ways that we could never have imagined. 

We are determined to take many positives from Pippa’s short but special life, and very much want to ensure that we can raise funds to help more families to receive the support and care that was shown to us at such a difficult time.  There are some sporting challenges in the pipeline too, so watch this space!
