On 6th October 2018 I lost my dad. He had suffered from Alzheimer's and Parkinson's for five years. He was a very social and active person and these terrible illnesses took the man we knew and loved away.

While he was ill, Alzheimer's Society were an incredible support to us. In honour of my dad's memory and the support we received, I am pledging to raise £1000 for every year of dad's 87 years of life.
