We pioneer life-saving cancer research to help us beat cancer

Story

My birthday party is all about helping more people beat cancer...

It's my tenth birthday on 22nd July and that just happens to be the Race for Life run at Westpoint in Exeter. It's a 5 km. run and I thought it would be a good idea to invite my friends to run with me for my birthday! I know It's a different sort of birthday party but we, like so many other families, have lost family and friends to cancer and it is important to me to try and help raise money to prevent this terrible illness.

We are being supported by some of my mum's friends as well who are going to run with us!

My dad is going to sponsor us by entering us all in the race and also my mum and dad are having some special T-shirts made up by Alyn Smith and my auntie Jo, at Spectrum in Wilton.

Please dig deep and sponsor me online - it's quick, easy and totally secure. It is very important to us.

Events like Race for Life are vital in funding Cancer Research UK's life-saving work into preventing, diagnosing and treating cancer. By sponsoring us now you can help more people survive cancer.

Gift Aid it!

If you are a UK taxpayer, please remember to tick the Gift Aid box when donating as this will increase your donation by at least 25% at no cost to you.

Every pound you donate really does make a difference - so please sponsor us now!

Please support us because together we can beat cancer.

Thank you so much,

Fran xx
