Never has mental health been so important. The last 18 months have taken a toll on not only our employees across the RGF Staffing Group, but our candidates and clients alike. What was once a taboo subject now for the first time has the chance to be recognised and addressed, so people do not have to suffer alone and in silence. 

Our corporate charity Mind, plays a pivotal role in not only addressing  such an important topic, but proactively working with those people impacted by poor mental health, giving them the support, encouragement and the access to key resources they need, when they need it the most.

This event is not only a physical challenge for us as a team, but also a reminder of how both physical exercise and the great outdoors plays an important role and contribution to the state of an individuals mental health. Each of us recognises the value and the positive impact this challenge has for us as individuals but also in terms of our contribution, and doing our part in creating awareness of such an important issue.
