Mind have helped 1000's of people battling mental illness and I was one of them. They got me through a very difficult time which included anxiety, panic attacks, depression and some darker thoughts.

No one should have to fight these feelings alone and with the support from mind it is possible to turn life around and enjoy it again. Whether you’re stressed, depressed or in crisis. They’ll listen, give support and advice, and fight your corner.
