Sarah passed away in the 24th November surrounded by her family and loved ones sharing stories from our past.

Without the help and support of the heart of Kent hospice this peaceful moment would not have been possible.

Sarah always helped others where ever she could, and  would have wanted funds to go towards support this amazing place and all of the staff consistently help people.
