On the 5th October 2013 Rhyd and Aimee will be taking on the Commando 10k Challenge in memory of our great friend Paul Woodland.

As a Royal Marine Paul completed multiple tours of Iraq and Afghanistan yet was tragically taken from us all during a training exercise in the UK.

We're raising money for the Devon Air Ambulance Trust who fought tirelessly that day to save Paul, and through them the C Group who support injured Royal Marines, both charities close to Paul's family.

Whilst not going to the lengths that Paul did, this challenge will take us outside of our comfort zone and we hope that you will be able to help us support these fantastic charities and help them continue the vital work that they undertake.
