On July 20th I shall be tackling the 'Etape du Tour' with 10,000 others and raising money for Rory's Well as I attempt to complete a mountain stage of the Tour de France a few days before the pros do it (in about half the time it will take me!). I'm doing this in memory of Rory Evans who tragically died between Christmas and New year; Rory's Well raises money to bore wells and provide clean water for villages in Sierra Leone. Infant mortality is amongst the highest in the world so clean water is a vital resource for these remote settlements. If you could donate to this really worthy cause then I'll be spurred on to pound the pedals up the 12,000ft or so of Pyrenean mountain passes! Thank you!
