I’m running the London Parks Half Marathon in memory of my father in law John.. Just one year ago all our lives changed forever when John was diagnosed with the devastating Motor Neuron Disease. The next 9 months saw John face his illness with incredible courage.

I wanted to raise money for the Thames Hospice as they provided incredible support to John and our family in the final weeks.

I am sorry I haven’t given much notice in the fund raising my training hasn’t gone quite to plan and wasn’t sure I was even going to manage it. But will be there on Sunday pushing myself in memory of John and the Thames Hospice.
