Story
Hello lovely family and friends,
Another year, another challenge!
I decided that when my wonderful Dad died in 2011 I would spend the rest of my days doing what I could to raise money for St Wilfrid's Hospice-a special place that provides excellent care to patients and their families at the most devastating of times. It appears as though I have inherited my lovely Dad's determination as we are £483.03 off a total of £10,000.
It is very important to me to keep doing things in his memory. He was the most amazing man and we miss him fiercely...Every. Single. Day. (see tribute fund https://tribute-to-paul-burton.muchloved.com/)
So this year Rich is running the Brighton Marathon on the 15th April and six weeks later he is passing the baton to me and I will be running a 15 mile trail run from Newhaven Harbour to Brighton Marina and back on the 28th May.
Training is not easy with our little tribe (in fact I haven't started-which is freaking me out!). We know many of you have sponsored us over the years and our gratitude knows no bounds. If you can spare a few pennies this year-I can assure you it is a worthy cause.
With love and thanks always
