Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page. This page has been set up for all of our wonderful riders to use for their sponsorship, we want to say a huge thank you to all of you for taking part, we couldn't do this without your amazing support.

On December 24th 2012 Jake McCarthy lost his life to an undiagnosed brain tumour whilst on holiday in Thailand with his brother Josh. Jake had been treated for migraines in the UK .

We want to raise awareness of the signs & symptoms of brain tumours to ensure an early diagnosis and save lives to prevent other families from experiencing the devastating loss of a loved one . Brain tumours are the biggest cancer killers of the under 40's & yet only 1% of funding is allocated to brain tumours.

Please help us in our awareness campaign and thank you to each and everyone of you for your continued support, we are truly grateful. Visit our website to see all the amazing events people have taken part in to help us with our fight against brain tumours www.jakemccarthyfoundation.co.uk
