I'm running the Chester Marathon on the 5th October, this run gives me the chance to raise some money for a worthwhile cause - Downs syndrome Liverpool.

The 26 miles may take me a long time to complete, but a few hours of discomfort is worth it, as long as there is a nice sum of money to hand over at the end.
