We fund life saving medical research to beat the world's biggest killers.

Story

This is my 23rd London to Brighton bike ride which I will be completing with my son Jonathan Knox.

Last year my nephew, Terry Poulter, had a  defibulator fitted at the age of 48 because of his heart condition. He is riding too. His grandfather who I am riding in memory of would have been 100 years old this year but he died of a heart attack 51 years ago. My brother in law is now aged 70 and had a heart transplant 14 years go and still survives. All of these advances in medical science are helped by the BHF. Please support.
