Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is reported to have said, Whoever builds a Masjid for Allah be it large or small, Allah will build for him a house in Paradise. [Sunan al-Tirmidh

In memory of our beloved mother Mina Begum,  we are raising money in her name to build a masjid. 

A powerful and independent woman who truly was the rock of our family. She has been through so many hardships in her life, only to provide us all a beautiful life. On 18th July 2019, our mum had a subarachnoid hemorrhage. She was in a coma over 3 weeks during which, the doctors ruled out any chance of survival or recovery. Still being the strong mother she was, she fought back to recover and be there for her 6 children and 17 grandchildren. After 9 months she was struck again with a small stroke which further weakened her but still she kept fighting. 

Following on 14 months after her first bleed she unfortunately had another fatal bleed to the brain and couldn’t survive this one. Although she is not with us anymore, we would like to build a masjid in remembrance to our mother. 

So we (her children) would like to raise money to help build a masjid as a form of sadaqa jaariya so that she can continue to reap the the rewards even though she is no longer with us. Please help us raise money so that you can also be a part of such great rewards 

May Allah grant all our mothers the highest rank in jannah. Ameen.
