My second  book 'So many symptoms' is once again a compilation of poems about M.E. (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis). 

I believe it's important to raise awareness and understanding about what it's like to live with this illness. 

It's a means of communicating with others who suffer the same and to those who want to learn and to help.  

My poems are a reflection on what it's like to live with M.E. and other chronic long term illnesses. 

This book highlights some of the many symptoms of which come along with the illness M.E. 

I express both my feelings and that of many others who suffer the same. 

Through my poems I hope to increase awareness and understanding. 

A percentage of all the sales of my book will be donated to the charity Invest in ME  Research 

Invest in ME Research  is an independent UK charity facilitating and funding a strategy of biomedical research into Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME or ME/CFS), as defined by WHO-ICD-10-G93.3. and promoting better education about M.E.

This is a devastating and lifelong illness and it's why I continue to write, campaign, raise awareness and understanding so that one day all the suffering will end.
