In Loving Memory of Harry Robert Flory 14.05.1997 12.02.2012

On the 12th February 2012 our beautiful boy Harry Robert Flory died to be FOREVER FREE. Harry dying has left our family heart broken, we all miss him immensely and are still trying to come to terms that he is no longer here, something that we feel will take a life time! Keeping his memory alive means so very much to us.

Harry was funny, reliable, honest, sociable, and so very kind. He told it how it was, so strong and true of heart. Always able to turn a negative into a positive. Honest as the days are long. The boy with the golden heart ….always happy….. Always smiling.

From an early age Harry lived life at 100mph, had a lust for life, Harry loved life! There was never a dull or quiet moment with Harry around. He made the most of every situation and made every second count.

Even when Harry was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 11, he still kept his amazing sense of humour, oozed positivity and showed a maturity beyond his tender years. Never once complaining, or wanting anybody’s sympathy, that just wasn’t our Harry.

Even in his darkest hours, when he was so desperately ill he lifted us, protected us, guided us and carried us. He made us smile and laugh, and filled us with so much joy. We are so very proud to call him our son and brother, but we miss him desperately.

So when faced with his own mortality he showed us all how to be brave, he truly was and will always be our brave hero.

The bravest of the brave…. Beyond inspirational……
