Just under a year ago, our wonderful friend Olivia died very suddenly and unexpectedly when her heart stopped. In one brief moment her life slipped away. It has torn her family apart and left a young son without a mother.

Olivia's partner Chris and son Cassius have asked Maxine and I to join them in running the Two Castles 10K Run on the 9th June in her memory and to raise money in support of the British Heart Foundation.

With your help, hopefully we can raise enough to make a difference, even in a small way, to help with the work that they do and to help protect the lives of all of us and our loved ones.
