For those of you not familiar with MND, receiving a diagnosis for this horrible disease is an automatic death sentence; the only variables being how long it will take, and which parts of your body will you lose control of first.  I've decided to drag my weary old bones around the 13 and a bit miles in memory of Malcolm Gunter, who was sadly taken by this horrible disease, and John Henry who is currently suffering from it; both received invaluable help and support from the MND Association so please help us to combat this disease and help others who are suffering with it.
