In December 2021, my friend James lost his partner and soulmate Ben. Ben suffered from a mental illness that led to his sad passing. 

Ben achieved so much in his life and left behind a very positive imprint on the world. Some of Ben's marvellous achievements can be seen in the touching video below that James has created. 

I will be running in the Hackney Half Marathon with James, in order to raise money for Core Arts.

Core Arts is a charity that welcomed Ben and provided a creative space that enabled Ben's talents to flow. If you can spare any pennies for this great charity and great cause, that would be highly appreciate. 

I enjoy running and plan to stick with James for the duration of the race and offer my support to him when and if needed.
