I've been so fortunate to have the opportunities to travel frequently through Africa. I've been extraordinarily moved by seeing first hand the poverty and suffering of children in the streets with no food, shelter or safe drinking water. Even in the face of such adversity these kids always greet me with a smile and a playful wave of the hand. Many of these kids are orphaned and literally living in shanties and piles of rubish. It's poverty like we as Americans have no awareness of.

So please think about all the conveniences and quality of life we take for granted and donate now.
